The focus of our janitorial service is on hygiene, and our cleaning services are performed generally at regular intervals daily, weekly, and monthly as required of all types of floors and surfaces. Our cleaning services include a variety of tasks such as:

• Dusting / polishing of all furniture, sills etc and polishing / vacuum cleaning of floors.
• Cleaning of toilets / shower / changing rooms, replenishing of soap, towels, toilet rolls etc (where applicable).
• Construction cost estimates.
• Cleaning of walls, ceilings, internal glass surfaces, internal and external windows.
• The clearing of gutters/roofs to remove debris (where applicable).
• The removal of graffiti and other stains to the internal / external of Premises (where applicable).

• Cleaning / litter picking of external areas as applicable.

Our janitorial service includes an integrated and comprehensive Pest & Rodent Control Program to create minimum pest nuisance and provide proper disinfection to our client’s facilities. We work following the framework set forth by federal agencies (including the NCDC & NESREA) by using certified products and disinfectants that are effective against COVID-19 virus and all other forms of infectious diseases.

We have also integrated landscaping and horticultural maintenance tasks into our housekeeping services, and this primarily includes the maintenance of all horticulture in common areas including slopes, lawns, flowerbeds, and pathways.

Essential resources such as manpower, tools, equipment, machines, stores, replaceable items, and consumables etc., shall always be made available for efficient discharge of our janitorial services. We use high-speed, precise, multi-functional equipment to perform all our cleaning operations and tasks, as this ensures a cleaner facility.

Our cleaning operatives always put on PPEs without which any task will not be carried out, and our ‘work at heights’ are carried out only with approved safety support or platform.
