We have a full-service civil and construction works division which is a spin off from the success we have recorded in relating with our clients in the real estate industry.

Our civil works & construction division has reasonable experience in engineering, procurement, construction maintenance and project management. It is made up of a partnership with architects and engineers who provide practical, innovative, and technical expertise to manage projects from A-Z: from land purchase, appointment of architects/contractors, and project execution/monitoring to follow up and final handover.

Our expertise in construction management follows projects from beginning to end, including:

• Managing the bid process and negotiating awarding contracts.
• Materials management, including procurement, warehousing, and issuing materials to contractors.
• Construction and field administration.
• Commissioning and Facilities Management.

We have formed a partnership/alliance with Props & Structs Associates Limited, which is a reputable building engineering company that has been involved in the design and development of well-known facilities & building complexes in Nigeria.
