We are registered as an Auctioneer by the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers Nigeria (CIAN) and the Nigerian Association of Auctioneers (NAA), with the privilege of Agent’s rights to provide Auctioneer dealer services across the country.

We have expertise in auctioneering and general goods procurement/supply as we operate a business division in this regard. Our auctions team comprises of experts in the sale of heavy equipment, construction equipment, tractor trucks, automobiles, diesel generators, buildings, and many other specialized industry products.

Our Auctioneering services approach
We participate in bid/auction exercises for assets such as real estate properties, electronic equipment, Vehicles, Scrap Metals, and other items.

We have conducted several auctions in the past which have included sales of equipment, and some industry specific auctions. Our success has been due to our strategic approach which has essentially involved the basic steps below:

• Preparation of invitation for bids: this incorporates the specifications and contractual terms and conditions applicable to the sale, and a statement of any requisite qualifications of potential bidders.
• Issuance and public notice of the invitation for bids: we give this out days prior to the date set for the receipt of the bids by posting the notice on media platforms.
• Receipt and Evaluation of the bids: The bids and the qualifications of bidders are collected and examined for compliance with the requirements set forth in the invitation for bids.
• Award to the winning bidder: After the evaluation of all bids, we award a sale contract to the highest bidder who met the requirements set forth in the invitation for bids.
